We are facing critical challenges: from COVID-19, climate change, and economic inequality to racial injustice, gender injustice, and more.

In the face of these challenges, I am inspired by the millions of people - particularly young adults - who are passionate about building a more equitable and sustainable world. Yet most people I know are unsure how to make an impact on the challenges that they are passionate about.

This is why I created Tandem: to harness our good intentions and passion into action and impact.

Tandem's mission is two-fold:

• Directly drive collective action and impact
• Build a habit among young adults of consistently doing good and taking action

I'm excited to see where this takes us. When we work in Tandem, we can achieve extraordinary things.
